Man Assaulted By Woman He Just Met
An Ethridge man filed a complaint with law enforcement officers last week, reporting that he had been assaulted while at Rotary Park by a woman he had just met.
The victim, age 20, reported to officers with the Lawrenceburg Police Department that he had met the woman while at the park. He said that she asked him to go pick up her boyfriend.
When he refused, he said she became irate, busting his windshield and rearview mirror, breaking his sunglasses, and striking him in the face with her fist.
Officers report that they conducted a search of the area, but were unable to locate the suspect at that time. The matter currently remains under investigation.
